kerouac alley
read poetry ‘neath city lights
the beats cast shadows
on spilled red wine– cracked concrete
echoes howl of north beach ghosts

Cool bananas, to walk with those ghosts, just as your poem does, that would be a wonderful day,

(I live in Poets Corner… every street is the name of a poet and most lived hereabouts, which is kind of intimidating but wonderful all at the same time… I am whispering, I don’t know why, I’ll stop now) Love the colour, the sound, the swagger. Perfect.
