Excellent, Scot, the Jim Croce tune and the purloined Kama Sutra were evocative instruments in this piece. Ah, the anxieties of young love, blindly rushing fast into the future …

Oh, time in a bottle is one of my faves,
and this poem made me laugh a little,
as I remember a similar time once!
The title of this works very well. Good ending too.
Memories come flooding back. I can feel a certain tension in this poem. Nicely written.
